1.1 Purpose of the Extension: The Extension provides tools for optimizing selected text for AI-driven search engines. Users can perform five free optimizations daily. To access unlimited optimizations, users must insert their own OpenAI API key in the settings.
1.2 Third-party Services: The Extension utilizes services provided by OpenAI LLC (hereinafter referred to as "Third-party Services"). By using the Extension, you agree to OpenAI’s terms and policies.
1.3 Service Provider: The Extension is managed by Listva Ltd., located at 010000, Kazakhstan, Astana, Taras Shevchenko St., 4/1, Building 17.

2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Accountability: Users are responsible for:

• Providing their own OpenAI API key for unlimited optimizations.
• Ensuring that their usage complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Avoiding inclusion of sensitive or confidential data in their prompts.

2.2 Technical Restrictions: Attempts to bypass daily optimization limits or misuse the Extension are strictly prohibited.
2.3 Generated Content: Users acknowledge that all prompts are processed by OpenAI. While the Extension facilitates the process, it does not influence or retain access to the prompts or generated content.

3. Privacy and Data Handling
3.1 Data Storage: All user data, including prompts and OpenAI API keys, are securely stored locally in the user’s browser. The Extension does not transmit or store these details on external servers.
3.2 Personal Information: The Extension does not collect personal information. However, if users contact Listva Ltd. via the website (komuu.co), the email address provided may be stored solely for communication purposes.
3.3 Third-party Interactions: Users understand that all prompts submitted through the Extension are sent directly to OpenAI. The Extension and its developers do not have access to the content of these prompts or any API keys provided by the user.

4. Limitations of Liability
4.1 Generated Content: The Extension relies on OpenAI’s language models for content generation. The developers of the Extension do not guarantee the relevance, accuracy, or legality of the generated content.
4.2 User Responsibility: Users are solely responsible for:

• Verifying the accuracy and suitability of the generated content.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and third-party rights when using the content.

4.3 Service Availability: The Extension is provided "as is." Listva Ltd. does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Rights to the Extension: All intellectual property rights related to the Extension belong to Listva Ltd. or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Extension.
5.2 Generated Content: Content generated through the Extension is subject to OpenAI’s terms and conditions. The developers of the Extension do not claim ownership of the generated content.

6. Age Restrictions
The Extension is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. Minors must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian to use the Extension.

7. Amendments and Updates
Listva Ltd. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Extension or via the website.
